Our facility is equipped with the latest advancements in sports medicine and spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, complete with state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. Our dedicated team includes two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA) who work collaboratively to deliver exceptional care. We primarily serve patients holding private medical insurance, ensuring a focused and personalized treatment experience tailored to their individual needs.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in a supportive and engaging work environment that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and set personalized rehabilitation objectives based on each patient's unique needs and medical history.
• Manage a structured patient load, providing individualized care to one patient per hour, ensuring quality and focused attention.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to enhance patient outcomes.
• Administer cost-effective therapies aimed at improving patients' mobility and range of motion while minimizing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical options.
• Develop customized wellness and fitness programs that cater to the specific health goals and limitations of each patient.
• Provide evidence-based interventions that motivate and encourage patients throughout the recovery process, tracking their progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements and to facilitate ongoing care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare professionals about their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily caters to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions that affect mobility. You will interact with a diverse clientele who hold private medical insurance, often requiring personalized, evidence-based treatment plans to support their rehabilitation journey. Your contributions will directly impact patients' recovery, stability, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design of effective exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful treatment strategies that promote patient recovery and health.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and a commitment to professional development in the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
