Innovation and application expertise are the cornerstones of our identity and the fuel for our growth.***PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**** Hospitality & Customer Service + Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth + Support food and beverage preparation and presentation + Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction* Event Planning & Execution + Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events + Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics + Manage event timelines and on-site support + Assist with event setup and breakdown* Travel & Administrative Support + Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation) + Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation + Assist with expense tracking and reporting + Update information (new customers, new contacts, leads, etc.) into CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and into ERP System* Trade Show Support + Support trade show planning and logistics + Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping,* Content Creation Support + Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations + Assist with creating social media and promotional content***ADDITIONAL SKILLS**** Strong organizational and multitasking skills* Excellent grammar and language skills* Excellent communication and customer service abilities***QUALIFICATIONS**** Familiarity with social media platforms* High attention to detail* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple applications*Hose Master is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
