Policy Analysis Project Intern (TikTok Shop - LATAM Governance and Experience) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities
- Support the design and rollout of content and creator policies and programs based on data insights and operational needs
- Assist in analyzing ecosystem risks and trends, building measurement mechanisms and mitigation signals to support platform integrity
- Collaborate with country teams to localize and implement global go-to-market strategies for new policies or workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional project plans and help drive execution across engineering, moderation, product, and operations teams
- Participate in defining success metrics and building dashboards to monitor ecosystem health and policy compliance
- Help manage escalations, communication, and reporting related to creator governance issues
