Hospice & Home Health Sales Liaison - Referral Growth

Sora Resource Group is seeking an energetic Hospice and Home Health Sales Liaison based in Plano, TX. You will promote our hospice and home health programs to physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other community partners that refer patients. You will build and maintain a strong referral network while delivering high-touch service and solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work #J-18808-Ljbffr Sora Resource Group
