About the Role

Naturipe Farms is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our Woburn, MA team.

This is a key customer-facing position supporting our sales organization and customers. You'll be responsible for accurate order entry, order management, customer communication, reporting and coordination with our sales team, warehouse, cooler network and grower partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You should enjoy solving problems, communicating with customers and working with multiple teams to make sure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, order management, office administration or the produce/food industry who is looking for an opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do

Customer & Sales Support
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and the sales organization
• Assist with sales orders, order entry, order follow-up and customer confirmations
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, changes and delivery information
• Support Account Managers and the sales team with day-to-day customer needs

Order & Inventory Management
• Enter and maintain customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate daily and weekly inventory and order requirements with growers and the cooler network
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, cooler and grower teams to resolve order and delivery issues
• Maintain accurate product and item information

Systems & Documentation
• Manage transactions through systems including I-Trade, Foodlink, Procurant and ADX
• Coordinate COS and phytosanitary documentation for Canadian shipments
• Maintain advertising and promotional files and support demand planning activities
• Prepare reports, documents and other materials for company leadership

Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support for the Woburn office
• Assist the President and Executive Team with reports, documents, memos and other projects
• Assist with collection of short pays and other customer-related activities
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team

Requirements:

 

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, order entry, office administration, B2B sales or the produce/food industry
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams by phone and email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and work with multiple business systems and software platforms
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP/order-management systems
• Experience with order entry or sales administration
• Experience in the fresh produce or food industry
• Spanish/English bilingual skills
