Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care within our facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to diverse patient populations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education and support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in nursing care, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems; experience with PCC preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• IV certification is required for LPNs.

Work Schedule

• Rotating weekend requirement (every other weekend).
• Holidays on a rotating basis (every other holiday).
• Shifts available in 8-hour and 12-hour formats.
• Location-specific orientation will be provided (1-2 shifts).

Patient Population

The Registered Nurse will primarily work with patients diagnosed with:

• Dementia
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Chronic kidney disease
• Fall risks
• Activities of daily living (ADL) assistance
