Junior Transactions Associate

Position: Junior Transactions Associate Location: Jacksonville, FL or Orlando, FL Experience: 1–3 years Job Description We are working with a respected national law firm seeking a junior-level corporate associate to join its Transactions Practice Group in either Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida . This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-value M&A transactions , corporate governance , and a range of commercial matters , while gaining direct exposure to partners, senior attorneys, and clients. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions , securities , financings , and general corporate work . This team values energy, collaboration, and a strong work ethic, and seeks attorneys who are eager to develop professionally in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in M&A, securities, and corporate governance. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Florida Bar admission (or willingness to secure timely admission). Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong academic credentials and a client-focused mindset. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000, based on experience and qualifications.
