A well-established skilled nursing facility in the Las Vegas area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team. This is a confidential search for a key leadership role within a stable organization focused on quality care, team culture, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Nevada (or ability to obtain)

• Minimum of 2+ years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey process, and compliance

• Proven leadership experience managing nursing teams, staffing, and clinical operations

• Track record of improving quality measures and driving positive clinical outcomes
