Project Manager | Deep Foundations & Heavy Civil Construction Chicago, IL / Northwest Indiana $90,000 - $120,000 Base + Vehicle Are you a Project Manager looking to join a respected contractor with a strong reputation, long-term stability and exciting growth plans? Thatcher Foundations, a leading deep foundations and geotechnical contractor with more than 80 years of experience, is looking to add a Project Manager to its growing team. Working across a variety of foundation and heavy civil projects, you will play a key role in delivering projects from award through completion while working alongside experienced operations, engineering and field teams. What You'll Be Doing Managing project schedules, costs and resources Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Reviewing drawings, contracts and specifications Supporting project planning and execution Monitoring budgets and project performance Ensuring successful delivery of projects across the Chicagoland market What We're Looking For We are open to candidates from a range of construction backgrounds, including: Deep Foundations Geotechnical Construction Heavy Civil Concrete Construction Excavation The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of project management experience Strong organisational and communication skills A collaborative approach and positive attitude The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges A Civil Engineering degree is advantageous but not essential.
