Business Planning Specialist

Nitto, Inc. is excited to offer a new opportunity within our Sales Operations team for a detail‑oriented and analytical professional. This high‑impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and enjoys partnering cross‑functionally to support business growth and sales performance. What You’ll Do As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with Sales and leadership teams across the Americas to maintain and analyze sales data, support forecasting and budgeting activities, and deliver insights that drive informed decision‑making. You’ll play a central role in preparing reports, tracking performance against targets, and supporting weekly and monthly business reviews. Maintain and analyze accurate sales and operations data to support business planning, performance tracking, and decision making. Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor sales activity, pipeline development, and account performance. Partner with Sales and leadership to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives across the Americas. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform business development efforts and drive growth opportunities. Other duties assigned by the audit department and Nitto’s management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of business planning experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required proficiency in Japanese language to support cross‑regional communication and collaboration. Advanced technical expertise in Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery) as well as Power BI; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support complex business initiatives. Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation range is $90,000 – $100,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors. This position follows standard business hours and offers a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days and three in‑office days per week after onboarding (up to three months).
