Role Summary
Experienced Paralegal needed to support attorneys in all aspects of employment litigation and client matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and document production.
- Conduct legal research and assist with client communications.
- Prepare for mediations, depositions, and trial.
- Maintain case management systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years paralegal experience in employment law (litigation focus).
- Strong knowledge of FL and federal employment laws.
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and litigation software.
- Professional, detail-oriented team player.
