Technical SummaryServes as a Business Consultant within the Administrative Outputs, Correspondence and EDI/EFT/ERA Support (ACE) Team that is part of the broader Applications Integration Training and Organizational Performance Team. This position reports directly to the Senior Director and will take tactical direction from a lead consultant who is a subject matter expert in the outputs space. This position is physically located in Georgia; however a majority of the team is located in Colorado and the position will interact with supporting teams across all KP Markets. Primary Business Partners include Claim Operations, Compliance, Audit, and Document Management Support Services. This position will primarily support creation and updates of member and provider-facing documents, including EOBs, EOPs, claim letters and provider manuals. This will include translating regulatory and operational changes, updating templates and collaborating across multiple teams to include Claims Operations, Compliance, Audit Teams and IT. This position may include some aspects of ongoing production support and monitoring of those documents.LocationWork location is remote (e.g., home address), per Kaiser Permanente Authorized States Policy – Employees may be required to travel to a Kaiser Permanente or customer site. conducting analyses and performing experimental tests to evaluate the effectiveness of business solutions; and identifying and alleviating risks through data-driven analysis.Supports vendor management as required by assisting with reviews of vendor performance levels; ensuring service level agreements are met; and partnering with Procurement and/or Legal to assist in the development of service level and/or scope of work agreements as appropriate.Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field; OR Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and minimum one (1) year experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field;
