We're currently looking for a 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with precision equipment, contribute directly to the production of quality products, and grow your skills in a safety-focused environment that believes in training and promotion from within.

Consistent 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

As a Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating press brake machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines

Verifying correct materials, tooling, and programs are used based on work orders

Producing quality parts while meeting production and quality standards

Performing basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of your assigned work area

Working collaboratively with team members to support production goals

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Prior press brake or machine operating experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — training is available

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
