About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative HR strategies and programs that are in line with the organization's strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance to executive leadership, overseeing all HR management aspects, and ensuring the promotion of best practices in HR operations. This role demands a seasoned people leader with a background in healthcare, who can maximize the use of the company's HRIS platform, and maintain strong relationships with external partners. The Vice President of HR will also be tasked with continuously evaluating HR policies and practices to keep the leadership informed of industry developments and will be a key player in fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Applicants for the Vice President of HR position at the company must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in managing a team within the HR function, with a specific requirement for a background in the healthcare industry. The role involves supporting a large employee population and managing direct reports, so experience in these areas is essential.
