Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays in infants and toddlers.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to address the unique needs of each child and their family.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, ensuring that outcomes align with our program goals.

• Provide essential support and education to families, empowering them with resources and strategies to enhance their child's development.

• Utilize coaching methods and natural environment teaching to foster skill acquisition and growth in children.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations while maintaining impeccable documentation standards.

• Engage in continuous improvement by contributing to team discussions and case reviews, ensuring that best practices are shared and utilized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged 0-3 years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Through a strengths-based approach, you will help families understand their child's unique developmental journey, providing tailored support that emphasizes the importance of early intervention. This role requires sensitivity and responsiveness to the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the families you work with, promoting a holistic and culturally competent approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in the Natural Learning Environment Practices, with a commitment to applying evidence-based strategies to promote child development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with children, families, and team members.

• A valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel when necessary for services.
