Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients, focusing on their emotional, psychological, and social functioning.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for families seeking support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on progress and needs.

• Provide emotional support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the complexities of care and recovery.

• Engage in natural environment teaching, utilizing strategies that enhance learning and development in the family's day-to-day life.

• Educate families on utilizing evidence-based practices to support their child's development effectively.

• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals served.

• Establish and sustain rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive, nurturing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with families and young children who are experiencing challenges related to addiction and mental health. Your focus will be on supporting individuals in detoxification and rehabilitation, providing vital services that align with their recovery goals. By working with children and their families, you will help create comprehensive support systems that enable each child to achieve developmental milestones crucial for their growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.
