Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, ensuring each session is tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Assess clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress within the EHR system.
\n
• Manage a minimum caseload of 25 clients, providing consistent follow-up and support.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance therapy techniques and compliance with best practices.

• Collaborate with school staff and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students.
\n
• Manage client referrals and coordinate care with other mental health professionals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to provide individual therapy services for students aged 18 and older. As you deliver care, you will encounter a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, ethnicities, and experiences. Your work will not only support their mental health needs but also empower them to navigate challenges effectively while fostering a sense of belonging.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LCSW license to practice in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience and sensitivity in working with the LGBTQIA+ community.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide psychotherapy effectively to clients experiencing diverse mental health challenges.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n

• Experience working specifically with men’s mental health issues.

• Previous involvement in therapeutic work with minority populations.

• Familiarity with school environments and the challenges faced by students.

Compensation and Benefits\n
