Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Memphis, TN
argenx
argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for the Rheumatology division covering Memphis, Nashville, and Jackson, Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies to drive demand and patient access for the company's immunology pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using customer and market insights
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with demonstrated Rheumatology background
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective achievement
- Territory and account strategy planning, organizing, and execution experience
- Clinical, product, market access, and business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- Residency within assigned market/territory required
