Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Requirements Admitted to practice in California; additional states are an asset. 6+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation. Experience in commercial general liability and federal court. Excellent academic credentials. Admitted to practice law in California. Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters. Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
