Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Duration: 13–18 weeks

Travel Pay: $2,200–$2,300 per week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Telemetry for a travel/contract opportunity in Mayfield Heights, Ohio .

The RN will provide quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting while monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor telemetry and communicate significant changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
• Support patients and families by providing appropriate education and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience .
• Must hold a permanent Ohio RN license or an active Compact State RN license in hand .
• AHA BLS certification required.
• AHA ACLS certification required.
• Ability to work the assigned night shift schedule.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
