Pharmacist – Home Infusion

Boca Raton, FL
$125,000 – $145,000 + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time

I’m currently partnering with a rapidly growing national home infusion provider that is looking to add an experienced Pharmacist to their Boca Raton team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically focused pharmacist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and wants to make a direct impact on patient outcomes outside of the traditional retail setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing and evaluating infusion therapy orders for appropriateness and safety
• Managing patient-specific pharmacy care plans
• Monitoring labs and performing pharmacokinetic dosing
• Supervising sterile compounding operations and USP <797> compliance
• Educating patients and caregivers on infusion medications and administration
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams
• Overseeing pharmacy support staff and workflow
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Participating in on-call rotation and patient care conferences

What They’re Looking For

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• BS in Pharmacy required (PharmD preferred)
• 1+ year of home infusion experience OR 2+ years in an acute care setting
• Strong knowledge of IV therapy, sterile compounding, and infusion services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
