We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing leadership and clinical guidance to a team of Pharmacy Technicians and part-time Pharmacists. This individual will serve as the primary pharmacist on-site, ensuring safe and compliant medication dispensing, exceptional patient care, and adherence to all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and workflow
• Supervise Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
• Ensure accurate dispensing and medication counseling
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and interactions
• Monitor inventory and controlled substances
• Train and mentor staff
• Resolve escalated patient concerns
• Support workflow improvements and initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• 3+ years pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of regulations and patient care
• Supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing pharmacy operations
• Immunization certification
• MTM experience
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and EHRs
