Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
• Maintain valid certification throughout the duration of employment.
