Credit Collections Analyst

We are seeking remote customer-focused Credit Collections Analyst who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for a large volume, business critical valued customers and requires individuals who can balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Successful candidates will possess great critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of customers. They must be comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Contact center or customer support experience handling significant call and email volumes
• Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations
• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred
• Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
