Credit Analyst

We are currently seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit, accounts receivable (AR), and collections , along with strong communication and organizational skills. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handling a combination of customer communication, account management, and administrative responsibilities. Pay Rate: $26–$28 per hour (DoE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Position Type: Temporary Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on customer accounts, payments, and outstanding balances. Perform collections activities and communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts. Review account information and assist with credit-related functions. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts. Assist with various administrative and departmental duties as needed. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve account-related questions or issues. Prioritize daily responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Previous experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, and/or Collections required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone calls. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Proficiency with standard office and computer applications. Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM . Additional Requirements Reliable attendance is critical for this position , as the role provides coverage supporting operations across multiple time zones. Candidates must be dependable and able to consistently work their scheduled hours.
