Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility is to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to understand clients' unique challenges.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing their needs collectively as well as individually.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist in overcoming issues related to:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and cut-offs
\n
• Job-related stress
\n
• Medical and health-related issues
\n
• Challenges of blended families and remarriages
\n
• Adjustment to separations and divorce
\n
• Mother/daughter relational dynamics
\n
• Communication difficulties within family structures
\n
\n
• Documenting treatment plans and progress notes to track developments and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure continuity of support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on adults and children/adolescents navigating personal and familial challenges. By integrating evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs, you will play a pivotal role in helping families and individuals achieve healthier relationships and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant field.

• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applications from both newly licensed and experienced therapists. Your flexibility in availability, with a commitment to working 30+ hours per week, will be a significant asset in optimizing client engagement and organizational goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
