Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harbor Therapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of concerns, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

• Providing specialized intervention for various challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, parental conflicts, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Implementing tailored therapeutic strategies to foster effective communication among family members and support blended families in managing transition.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Documenting session notes and treatment plans using our patient management system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
