Technical Sales Representative

divh2Job Title/h2pResponsibilities:/pulliIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the PCB market./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements./liliPresent PCB solutions, capabilities, and value propositions to prospective clients./liliPrepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales presentations./liliAct as the primary point of contact for PCB vendors and manufacturing partners./liliUnderstand vendor capabilities, lead times, pricing structures, and technical constraints./liliCommunicate customer requirements clearly to vendors and ensure alignment on deliverables./liliCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely execution of orders and resolve any production or quality issues./liliDocument findings from reverse-engineered products and communicate insights to internal engineering and product teams./li/ulpCross Functional Collaboration:/pulliWork closely with the internal engineering team to interpret customer needs and translate them into technical specifications./liliFacilitate smooth communication between engineering and vendors to ensure accurate execution of PCB designs./li/ulpCustomer Support Project Execution:/pulliManage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to delivery./liliTrack project progress, follow up on timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction./liliAddress customer concerns, provide updates, and ensure issues are resolved promptly./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related field (preferred)./liliExperience in PCB sales, electronics manufacturing, or related technical sales roles./liliStrong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and terminology./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills./liliAbility to coordinate across multiple teams and manage complex technical requirements./liliSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpWe offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including, medical, dental, 401k, short-term disability, ADD, tuition reimbursement, and more.
