The company specializes in treatments such as immunoglobulin (IVIG), anti-infectives, parenteral nutrition, and other chronic infusion therapies . Through a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care, the organization partners with pharmacists, nurses, and physicians to improve patient outcomes outside of traditional hospital settings.

Salary

Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 annually
Commission: Uncapped commission opportunity
Compensation negotiable based on experience

Job Summary

The Specialty Infusion Manager is responsible for driving chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within an assigned territory.

This field-based sales role focuses on developing relationships with physicians, clinics, and payors while partnering with internal pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

The Specialty Infusion Manager will be responsible for revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, clinics, and payors
• Generate chronic therapy and IVIG patient referrals within the assigned territory
• Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to support successful patient onboarding and service delivery
• Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives
• Create territory plans and analyze performance metrics to drive strategic sales initiatives
• Conduct presentations, in-services, and participate in sales meetings and training programs
• Address customer service and access-related challenges quickly and effectively
• Support managed care initiatives, reimbursement strategies, and pricing submissions
• Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports and expense reports
• Stay current on disease states, therapies, and reimbursement guidelines
• Assist with training initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare business development preferred
• Experience selling within Neurology, Immunology, Rheumatology, or Transplant markets strongly preferred
• Proven success in healthcare sales, referral development, or relationship management
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational, territory planning, and time management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
