About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Sales with a focus on the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regional wholesale and key account performance, driving commercial strategy, and owning P&L results. This senior leadership role involves leading the regional wholesale business to meet revenue, margin, and profitability goals, shaping commercial strategy, and managing senior relationships with major retail partners. The role also includes overseeing commercial agreements, promotions, and execution across various channels, as well as leading and developing a high-performing sales organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Commercial Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial sales, wholesale, or key account leadership, with a strong preference for those with extensive beauty industry wholesale experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading major retail partnerships, managing regional or business-unit P&L, and building high-performing teams. Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep knowledge of omnichannel retail and consumer behavior. The role requires a leader who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen strategic retail partnerships while ensuring disciplined reporting and strong execution across functions.
