We're looking for PMs who are curious, eager to experiment, and excited to continually evolve how they work.ResponsibilitiesOwn a bold new product strategy to develop and entirely new lending to QuickBooks and outside of QuickBooks - a top strategic focus - and interact regularly with the Senior Leadership team.Be customer obsessed, developing deep customer empathy and a detailed understanding of the customer journey, minimizing friction through highly targeted offers, seamless applications flows, and smooth handoffs with our partners.Partner with external firms to align on and deliver mutually beneficial new offeringsSet and communicate product goals and initiatives to all stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize our product.Establishing and managing the roadmap for your product, defining the "why", "what," and "when" of what your team will build.Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and a growth-mindset - never settling for the status quo and innovating on the bleeding edge of what's possibleContinuously analyze effectiveness through performance metrics and leverage an iterative process to refine and fine-tune the product strategy.Build product experiences that make AI-powered features intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy for a diverse range of customers — and bring a clear point of view on where AI genuinely helps vs. where it creates riskQualifications7-10 years of experience in product management at a high-growth technology company with a proven track record of delivering results. Previous experience with lending, payments, or other financial servicesExtensive experience in guiding products through the entire product lifecycle - from conception to launch.Proven ability to build, manage and influence direct and indirect relationships, and to lead cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindsetOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, along with the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others.Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and efficiently frame and evaluate new ideasDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your product management workflow to improve quality, speed, or depth.
