Build, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Engineers specialized in the Summit. Establish best practices, methodologies, and technical standards for the team. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to ensure team excellence. Develop and maintain deep expertise in the unique challenges, regulations, and compliance standards facing high tech, supply chain, manufacturing, and other sub-verticals. Stay current on business processes, security requirements, and industry trends. Serve as the technical authority on applying UiPath solutions to business use cases. Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute account strategies for key customers. Lead complex technical discussions with senior executives and IT decision-makers. Oversee the design and delivery of tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects. Guide the team in customizing UiPath solutions to meet specific customer requirements. Ensure all proposed solutions align with regulatory frameworks and security standards. Develop reusable assets and frameworks to accelerate Summit vertical implementations. Contribute to revenue growth by providing the technical expertise needed to close deals. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with Product teams to influence the roadmap based on customer needs. 

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in technical sales or solution engineering fields. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field and three (3) years of experience in technical sales or solution engineering fields in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of progressive experience as described above. 

Work experience to include: Three (3) years of team management or leadership experience in sales engineering; Three (3) years of experience with Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies; Three (3) years of experience with solutioning in enterprise businesses through usage of LLMs, Automation platforms, agentic platforms, OCR technologies and Natural Language Processing; Three (3) years of experience with POC development and management; Three (3) years of experience with solution deployment architecture in public cloud including AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure; Three (3) years of experience performing customer business value validation exercises including solution TCO (total cost of ownership) and ROI (return on investment) analysis; Three (3) years of experience with solution best practices, configuration, and education to customers; Three (3) years of experience working with various related industries in high tech, manufacturing, supply chain, retail, media/entertainment, telco, travel, logistics or other verticals. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently. 100% remote position reporting to UiPath, Inc. in Austin, TX. Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S. Approximately 30% domestic travel required to customer and/or regional event locations for education, hands-on and value workshops. Travel expenses paid by employer.
