Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group, using the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to determine diagnoses and care issues; develop and implement care plans to achieve outcomes.
- Coordinate care delivery, evaluate progress, and adjust plans as needed; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families, provide clear health information, and facilitate learning opportunities for team members.
- Delegate appropriately and ensure safe, healing, humane care across the care team.

Requirements
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field; acute care/ER experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ER setting
- Start date availability: August 24, 2026
