Key Responsibilities\n

• Prepare and maintain detailed programmatic reports as requested by the agency’s leadership.

• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of interns and trainees, providing clinical supervision and mentoring as necessary.

• Conduct crisis interventions and respond to client needs in both crisis and non-crisis situations via phone and in person.

• Organize recruitment events to engage future interns and trainees, enhancing our pipeline of upcoming clinical professionals.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that all clinical processes meet agency standards and compliance requirements.

• Attend training sessions and staff meetings, actively contributing to program development and agency strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between $52,000 and $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
