Work Environment

The work setting at our Jersey City facility emphasizes teamwork and patient-centered care. Staffed by highly skilled professionals, our Surgical Center operates in a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week, with on-call duties on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 coverage for emergencies. This structured approach allows physicians to balance their work and personal lives effectively while meeting the dynamic needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including obtaining medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and ordering necessary diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose a variety of ENT conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans by leveraging both medical and surgical interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and septoplasties, with a focus on employing advanced surgical techniques.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate therapeutic interventions to alleviate symptoms, promote healing, and enhance overall patient health.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and radiologists, to optimize patient care and achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care measures, encouraging active participation in their health management.
• Maintain precise electronic medical records, documenting treatment protocols, patient progress, and relevant clinical observations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and research in otolaryngology, actively participating in workshops and conferences.
• Uphold ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
