Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients, actively listening to their concerns and conducting thorough assessments of their mental and emotional health.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and address any emerging challenges.

• Serve as a liaison, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, community agencies, and support services to ensure that patients receive holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with trauma injury patients who face significant mental and emotional challenges stemming from their experiences. This role requires a sensitivity to the complexities associated with trauma recovery, necessitating a tailored approach that respects each patient’s journey. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience working directly with trauma patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
