German Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning

Role Overview

Create clear, expressive German voice recordings that help train and evaluate advanced text-to-speech systems for an internal customer experience AI agent. Your recordings will be used only for this specific internal use case and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality German voice samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other script types.
• Deliver natural, expressive speech with strong control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, and diction.
• Maintain a consistent voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow recording requirements for the environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Provide multiple takes with different emotional emphasis and styles when requested.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker currently based in Germany.
• Professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Ability to deliver clean, consistent, expressive audio while following scripts precisely.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
• Strong emotional range and natural delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recording for text-to-speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
• Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly engagement.
• Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week throughout the project.

Compensation

• Hourly compensation of 50 to 100.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be comfortable with their voice being cloned for the internal customer experience AI agent.
• Recordings will not be sold or reused outside this specific use case.
