Role Overview
Record natural, expressive Swiss German voice samples that help train and evaluate text-to-speech systems for an internal customer-experience AI agent. Your recordings may be used to create a voice clone exclusively for this specific CX AI Agent use case. They will not be sold, licensed, or reused for another product, dataset, or purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Record high-quality voice samples from conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripts.
- Deliver clear, natural, expressive speech with strong tone, pacing, and pronunciation control.
- Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
- Follow recording requirements for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
- Provide multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and style when needed.
Qualifications
- Native Swiss German speaker currently based in Switzerland.
- Clear, natural, expressive voice. Voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is beneficial but not required.
- Professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter.
- Strong intonation, diction, and emotional range.
- Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping delivery natural.
- Comfort with your voice being cloned for the specified internal CX AI Agent use case.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
- Familiarity with audio-editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
- Ability to perform multiple vocal styles, including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
Work Terms
- Remote, hourly engagement.
- Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week.
Compensation
$50 to $150 per hour.
