Please visit the Career Center on our website for some helpful resources to help in your job search, to build a resume, for interview tips and many job opportunities! #MED Client Services Administrator Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide customer service and process in-person client payments Coordinate incoming mail and distribute to appropriate departments Manage warrant-related collections and conversion processes Process accounts receivable payments from counties and municipalities Prepare deposit slips and manage bank-ready receivable documentation Enter receivable payments into Debtmaster and run GL interface to update QuickBooks Manage bi-weekly Trust Statement processing, auditing, check printing, and distribution Upload Trust Statements to client portal and distribute to Kelpro counties Review and audit OSCN and ODCR (Kelpro) reports to ensure timely payment of collections Enter DRC payments made at court clerk offices and process necessary balance adjustments Assist Team Leads and Case Managers with balance-in-full reviews and account corrections Process OTC tax intercept payments and other required adjustments Review daily Payment Audit Reports for accuracy of recalls and payment splits Identify accounting discrepancies and recommend policy or procedural improvements Interpret county court records and dockets accurately * Analyze and coordinate the ongoing logistical functions of a firm or organization. Responsible for the entire life cycle of a product, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal of resources. * Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in, or directly relevant to, a logistics activity. * Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met. * Manage subcontractor activities, reviewing proposals, developing performance specifications, and serving as liaisons between subcontractors and organizations. * Develop proposals that include documentation for estimates. * Review logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements. * Direct availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products. * Redesign the movement of goods to maximize value and minimize costs. * Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and oral presentations. * Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources. * Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business. * Perform managerial duties such as hiring and training employees and overseeing facility needs or requirements.
