Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery

NBO: 16 hrs

EMR: EPIC

OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier

Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

On Call: ***/hr

Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Employee Separation Policy: Any past employee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or have worked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply Local Radius rule: No locals - All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on driver's license) Orientation Date(s): 10/26, 11/9

RequirementDescription:

• At least 2 years of previous Labor and Delivery/L&D experience [required]
• High-risk experience [required]
• Circulating experience [required]
• Experience within the previous year at larger high-volume delivery centers -- 200-300 deliveries/month [required]
• High acuity experience [required]
• Scrub experience [preferred]
• Multiple travel contracts completed [preferred]
• EPIC STORK experience [preferred]
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO FLOAT TO POST-PARTUM 1-2 SHIFTS A WEEK.

All candidates must be at least 50 miles from facility (based on drivers license).

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Labor and Delivery / L&D experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Labor and Delivery / L&D) – [required]
• Nursys must state Active Iowa license at time of submission – [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS – [required]
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client ACLS – [required]
• Certification from the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses / AWHONN for fetal monitoring -- [required]
