Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

Location: On-Site

Job Type: Part-Time, 3 days/week

Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a reliable Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to keep daily office operations running smoothly, three days a week. Great fit for someone who enjoys structure, variety, and supporting a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

● Provide day-to-day admin support to management and staff

● Answer and route calls, emails, and other communications

● Manage calendars and schedule meetings via Outlook

● Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports

● Handle data entry, filing, and document management

● Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoices

● Monitor and order office supplies

● Prepare agendas and materials for meetings

● Support special projects and deadlines

● Help maintain an organized, efficient office

Administrative Support

● Calendar and appointment management

● Meeting scheduling

● Email management

● Document prep and recordkeeping

● Data entry and database maintenance

● Office organization

● Project follow-up

Office Duties

● Filing confidential records

● Managing supplies/inventory

● Greeting visitors

● Mail distribution

● Supporting daily operations

Qualifications

●1+ year in an administrative or office support role preferred

● Strong organizational and prioritization skills

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

● Excellent written/verbal communication

● High accuracy and problem-solving ability

● Comfortable working independently and on a team

● Professional, discreet demeanor

● QuickBooks experience a plus

● High school diploma required; additional training a plus
