This full-time role is mainly remote but may also involve occasional visits to our outpatient office in Reading, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and behavioral interventions to facilitate progress.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning, responding effectively to urgent client needs and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in evidence-based treatments and those who have worked in outpatient settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and prior involvement in collaborative care teams will be a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
