ACSI Commercial Segment Leader

GSI ACIS Segment Leader – Overview The GSI ACIS Segment Leader is a key member of the Grid System Integration commercial leadership team, reporting directly to the GSI Chief Commercial Officer. He/she leads global commercial growth for the ACIS segment by defining market strategy and driving a robust opportunity pipeline across regions. Responsibilities Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing; compile and submit required tender documentation. Develop commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influence policy and ensure delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories. Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Leverage industry trends to inform decision making. Lead others to find creative solutions to complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Evaluate quality of information received and question conflicting data for analysis. Use multiple internal and external resources outside own function to arrive at a decision. Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate complex messages and negotiate mainly internally to adopt different point of view. Influence peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers. Required Qualifications For roles outside the USA: significant experience in Sales & Proposals; knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). For roles in the USA: Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in HV Transmission markets). Benefits & Compensation Pay range: $151,400.00 to $252,200.00, with geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
