Work Environment

You will be working onsite in our spacious rehabilitation facility that spans 5,000 square feet, designed to accommodate various therapeutic activities and recovery sessions. The workplace is composed of a collaborative team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all of whom strive to provide patient care that meets the highest standards. Our environment is dynamic and supportive, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. The clinic operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, offering a structured work schedule conducive to maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and goals, creating tailored treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic modalities.
• Administer effective physical therapy treatments, seeing an average of 2-3 patients per hour, with equal focus on orthopedics and sports medicine.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess progress, modifying care plans as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Clearly communicate with patients about their treatment plans, inspiring them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress in EMR systems (experience with WebPT is preferred) while maintaining accurate records of treatments provided.
• Encourage patients to embrace wellness, facilitating improvement in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist with no board actions or disciplinary actions against it.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and innovative treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR software (WebPT or similar) for maintaining detailed patient records and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
