Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical histories and performing specific functional assessments to inform treatment strategies.
• Communicate evaluation findings and develop individualized treatment plans directly with patients and their families, actively involving them in the setting of realistic therapeutic goals.
• Implement effective treatment protocols tailored to patients' needs, guided by assessment results, and responsive to the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, documenting all relevant changes in the patient's condition and modifying care plans as necessary.
• Lead discharge planning efforts and follow-up consultations, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of their ongoing care needs post-treatment.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient interactions, including assessments, treatment protocols, progress notes, and discharge summaries, following all regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Effectively manage time to meet productivity benchmarks while engaging in community-based marketing activities to promote clinic services.
• Contribute to the achievement of department goals and remain compliant with healthcare regulations, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuing education and professional development.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by promoting an excellent customer experience and improving accessibility to care through adaptability and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience
