Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients which encompass reviewing medical histories, performing specialized assessments, and formulating personalized treatment recommendations with comprehensive documentation.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, promoting involvement in goal-setting and ensuring understanding.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols derived from evaluation outcomes and modify plans as necessary based on patient progress and changing conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, recognizing changes in patient responses that necessitate adjustments in treatment or referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will be working with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation clients to those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapy license as required by Florida state regulations.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
