Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Oakbend, your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating patients' needs and designing individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing their recovery based on physician referrals.
• Administering a wide array of therapeutic modalities and interventions to promote healing and function, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and education.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, ensuring they understand the goals and methods involved in their recovery process.
• Tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize functional gains, while maintaining detailed patient records.
• Meeting performance metrics and contributing to organizational goals by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role caters to a diverse patient population, allowing you to treat individuals with various conditions including orthopedic injuries, pediatric concerns, neurologic issues, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
