Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to improve patient mobility and functionality.
• Document and track patient progress in accordance with clinic protocols while adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers regarding therapy exercises, techniques, and home care regimens.
• Strive to meet utilization goals and contribute to the success of the practice by engaging with the patient community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
