Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including comprehensive history assessments and specific functional evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement customized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and individual patient needs, adjusting strategies as necessary to accommodate patient progress and changing health care landscapes.

• Manage your schedule efficiently, meet productivity expectations, and participate actively in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote clinic services.
• Contribute to department goals and comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population recovering from a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and neuromuscular disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in tailoring treatment plans that not only address pain and mobility issues but also enhance overall functional independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida, as required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage patient loads and documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
