What You'll Do

• Assist physicians during surgical procedures with competence and professionalism
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
• Ensure sterilization and disinfection of endoscopes according to quality standards
• Support department operations and maintain technical knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the surgical environment
• Handle patient care duties as assigned, contributing to positive patient experiences
• Perform equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting as needed

What You Need

• Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accepted surgical technology program
  • Certification in Surgical Technology
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical tech roles
• Preferred:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good judgment and ability to work independently
